Clear bottles and containers offer consumers a sneak peak at a product, but at the same time create a unique challenge when it comes to packaging. While clear bottles can create a dynamic shelf impact, imagine a product in a clear bottle, on a shelf, in which every single bottle is filled to a different level. The impact might still be termed dynamic, but the effect would likely be the reverse of what was intended. To create an aesthetically pleasing look, the packager must assure that each and every clear bottle is filled to the same level.

While this may sound like an onerous task, the truth is, a filling machine exists to achieve just such a task.
The overflow filling machine uses an overflow principle to ensure that each and every bottle (whether clear or not) will be filled to the same level. This is true even if the bottles do not have the same exact interior volume. For example, a 500 ml (or 16.9 ounce) bottle of water is a fairly common site, whether purchased as a single serving or bought in a pack of 12, 24 or 36. Though they may be termed 500 ml bottles, the interior volume of each 500 ml bottle may actually vary slightly because of the manufacturing process used to make the bottles. The difference will likely not be noticeable to the human eye, but there will be differences. However, using the overflow filler, each of these bottles can still be filled to a consistent level, achieving the intended shelf appearance.

To understand how the overflow filler achieves the level fill, you really need to understand the nozzles used on the overflow machine. Once bottles are in place for the filling to begin, the overflow nozzles will descend and actually enter the bottle. As the nozzles enter the bottle, a foam or rubber seal covers the bottle opening and a spring causes the nozzles to compress. The compression opens the nozzles at the tips and product is released into the bottle. Once the product hits the desired, and pre-set, level, excess product is forced through a return port back to the product supply tank of the filling machine. Once the fill time has elapsed and the excess product has returned to the filling machine supply tank, the seals will release from the bottle opening and the fill nozzles will exit the bottles, leaving each bottle with an even, level fill.

The overflow filler can also work with nearly any level of production, making the machine that much more popular. Overflow fillers can be manufactured as tabletop packaging machines, semi-automatic fillers or even fully automatic filling machines. These machines may be used to fill product on a rotary fill line or an inline packaging system. The overflow filler is truly a versatile piece of packaging equipment, however, it does have its limitations. Overflow filling machines work best with thin, free-flowing liquids that move easily through the product pathway. Products with higher viscosities may not be suitable for the overflow filling technique. High viscosity products, such as honey, toothpaste and similar products, will not be as easy to push through the return port and back to the supply tank. In products with high viscosity, using the overflow principle could lead to lengthy fill times, clogged tubes and inconsistent fills from one cycle, or even bottle, to the next. But for those bottling water, window cleaner and other free-flowing products in a clear container, the overflow filler will almost always be the ideal choice for any packaging line.

As a post-80s in china romote central region HeNan Province,Xincai County,the memory about the Cassette for me when i was little boy was rather Magic . Because my family in my childhood is rather poor that we cannot buy the radio ,not even speaking of the white-and-black TV,when there not existed the color TV.Listening various songs from Cassette and programme from Archors in Radio owned by other families was one of my greatest hobby then.

Waling into the field in the country ,the songs from Cassette broadcasted sung various songs such as folk,pop,or love sorts.There was the law to ban the big noise from Neighbors like the western countries.It was a normal case for one family to broadcast their loudspeaker so loud that it could reach as far as 2 kilometers places.As soon as the songs lautet, I often wander why you push into the cassette and lightly press the button then melody europhonant floats into your ears.At that time i often cherished an attitude of mixing admire with curiosity to the radio and Cassette.

Even though that age brought me many hardship like eating only two repasts in the rigid cold winter,frozen to shutter when snows pierced into my holed shows,bullied to be cried by the peers in the same village,but now in my memory i often rethink of that age with a thanksgiving reverenc.The feeling is coincided with Pushikin's Lines"

Even though as a child i have never read this poem,there was also the same belief when me and my whole family was bearing the pain of poverty and backwardness.At that time Radio often consoled me ,even at night i often fell into sleep as the voice from radio was floating.Because of its waste of electric storage from Battery,In the next day i often spent a long time to regret forgetting to turn off the radio.

As the ages grows the society "developes",these two "magic things" is steply replaced by TV and computer as well as Ipod.Everytime,however,when i hear of the songs which was often sung in my boyhood the old memory and curiosity came back into my mind.

In the morden society the rhythme of life increases higher and higher every day.It seems that our society progress instead of Retrogressing.But that is only a skin deep from Appearance,during the wave of "all-run-for-money" ages,what we are losing is not only the old-out-of-date visible things,but also a culture,a worship to the purity of innerheart toward the primary world!
Once it loses there is no the backway for the feeling or sense.Where we shall go and wohin koennen wir gehen,das ist eine Frage!

Basic components common to all PENGLAI Reverse Osmosis water filter purifer Systems:
Cold Water Line Valve: Valve that fits onto the cold water supply line. The valve has a tube that attaches to the inlet side of the RO pre filter. This is the water source for the RO system.
Pre-Filter (s): Water from the cold water supply line enters the Reverse Osmosis Pre Filter first. There may be more than one pre-filter used in a Reverse Osmosis system. The most commonly used pre-filters are sediment filters. These are used to remove sand silt, dirt and other sediment. Additionally, carbon filters may be used to remove chlorine, which can have a negative effect on TFC (thin film composite) & TFM (thin film material) membranes. Carbon pre filters are not used if the RO system contains a CTA (cellulose tri-acetate) membrane.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane: The Reverse Osmosis Membrane is the heart of the system. The most commonly used is a spiral wound of which there are two options: the CTA (cellulose tri-acetate), which is chlorine tolerant, and the TFC/TFM (thin film composite/material), which is not chlorine tolerant.
Post filter (s): After the water leaves the RO storage tank, but before going to the RO faucet, the product water goes through the post filter (s). The post filter (s) is generally carbon (either in granular or carbon block form). Any remaining tastes and odors are removed from the product water by post filtration.
Automatic Shut Off Valve (SOV): To conserve water, the RO system has an automatic shutoff valve. When the storage tank is full (this may vary based upon the incoming water pressure) this valve stops any further water from entering the membrane, thereby stopping water production. By shutting off the flow this valve also stops water from flowing to the drain. Once water is drawn from the RO drinking water faucet, the pressure in the tank drops and the shut off valves opens, allowing water to flow to the membrane and waste-water (water containing contaminants) to flow down the drain.

Check Valve: A check valve is located in the outlet end of the RO membrane housing. The check valve prevents the backward flow or product water from the RO storage tank. A backward flow could rupture the RO membrane.
Flow Restrictor: Water flow through the RO membrane is regulated by a flow control. There are many different styles of flow controls. This device maintains the flow rate required to obtain the highest quality drinking water (based on the gallon capacity of the membrane). It also helps maintain pressure on the inlet side of the membrane. Without the flow control very little drinking water would be produced because all the incoming tap water would take the path of least resistance and simply flow down the drain line. The flow control is located in the RO drain line tubing.
Storage Tank:The standard RO storage tank holds up to 2.5 gallons of water. A bladder inside the tank keeps water pressurized in the tank when it is full.
Faucet:The RO unit uses its own faucet, which is usually installed on the kitchen sink. In areas where required by plumbing codes an air-gap faucet is generally used.
Drain line:This line runs from the outlet end of the Reverse Osmosis membrane housing to the drain. This line is used to dispose of the impurities and contaminants found in the incoming water source (tap water). The flow control is also installed in this line.
