河南小縣城第一次領取GOOGLE ADSENSE 西聯匯款經歷

自從做GOOGLE ADSENSE以來，數月下來，至2月底已經達到google的最低付款標準。

最近一直很忙，沒有顧及取款。殊不知，西聯匯款是有時間限制的（從發款日期起一月內取款，否則退款給GOOGLE INC).
3月18號，離最後期限還有10天，不能再拖。事先打電話給網點，必須去縣城以上的農業及郵政儲蓄銀行。
一大早就開車出發，在西平縣城轉了好幾圈，開到一個大的農業銀行網點，就下車去詢問銀行保安，結果其答曰：“沒有西聯取匯業務”。
“應該是郵政儲蓄銀行比農業銀行更靠譜”，我一邊行車一邊琢磨，畢竟這是第一次西聯匯款取匯。於是不自覺的找郵政儲蓄的網點，結果一個縣城兜了一圈，幾乎把大大小小的郵政儲蓄服務點問了個遍，均告知不辦理西聯匯款業務。
