How to make onion-soaked red wine in a special flavour for drinking Culinary food Try in another Way

Last year when i met my friend Mora from Puerto Rico for a Dinner in Foshan.Mora's father immigrated in the California state in 1980s.During the dinner she drunk a cup of Red Wine and gave a lower opinion of the flavor.

I also sip a little some Wine and also farrowed at the smell and Flavour of the Red Wine. When the topic was turned into the Red wine i told a new way to self-make the Red wine in a speical way that Mora had never heard.Then i told her how to make the special-flavoured drinking in details:
1. Choose one Bottle of red wine whose Quality is no Matter. Several pcs of Onion whose color should be deep black; Spoon of Honey; A big jar that easy to airless seal;
 2. Cut the Onions into Slices piece by Pieces then put them into the jars; Flat the jar filled with the slices of onion slightly so that surface will become level;

3.Pour the red wine into the onions-held jars,the volume of red wine should be slightly over the level of onion,better add another small amout of red wine again;
4.Add one or two spoon of honey inside the jars;

5.Key step: Seal the jars tightly without letting any air in! store it in the Refrigator. Keep the jars there for 10-14days . Then take out the jar,open it then you will see a thin surface of ice floating! Let the ice Melt,and find another Clear Red wine bottle(The former one to take the red wine can be used); Find a mesh,then put the mesh on the bottle mouth,pour the red wine in the jar inside the empty bottle(Never let the Onions residue into the bottles and this is the reason to find a Mesh for filter).

After finishing all the steps you will get the refreshed red wine! Hearing of my way to make the onion-redwine Mora got rather exited and told me when she went back she would make the wine in my recipe!
She as well asked me why i could get the idea to make the wine in such Speical way! "The idea springs from the western painting because i often glimpse at the paitning pictured by famous artists who put together the red wine and several onions on a plain Cloth"! "Ya,It is Unique Intuition" Uttered Mora.

One month Later Mora inform me the News that she got the freshed red wine with Onion by my way and expressed her opinion for the wine in the word"Special"!

Induction sealing, otherwise known as cap sealing,

is a non-contact method of heating a metallic disk to hermetically seal the top of plastic and glass containers. This sealing process takes place after the container has been filled and capped.
The closure is supplied to the bottler with foil liner already inserted. Although there are various liners to choose from, a typical induction liner is multi-layered. The top layer is a paper pulp that is generally spot-glued to the cap. The next layer is wax that is used to bond a layer of aluminum foil to the pulp. The bottom layer is a polymer film laminated to the foil. After the cap or closure is applied, the container passes under an induction coil, which emits an oscillating electromagnetic field. As the container passes under the induction coil (sealing head) the conductive aluminum foil liner begins to heat. The heat melts the wax, which is absorbed into the pulp backing and releases the foil from the cap. The polymer film also heats and flows onto the lip of the container. When cooled, the polymer creates a bond with the container resulting in a hermetically sealed product. Neither the container nor its contents are affected, and this all happens in a matter of seconds.

It is possible to overheat the foil causing damage to the seal layer and to any protective barriers. This could result in faulty seals, even weeks after the initial sealing process, so proper sizing of the induction sealing is vital to determine the exact system necessary to run a particular product.
Sealing can be done with either a hand held unit or on a conveyor system.
A more recent development (which suits a small number of applications better) allows for induction sealing to be used to apply a foil seal to a container without the need for a closure. In this case, foil is supplied pre-cut or in a reel. Where supplied in a reel, it is die cut and transferred onto the container neck. When the foil is in place, it is pressed down by the seal head, the induction cycle is activated and the seal is bonded to the container. This process is known as direct application or sometimes "capless" induction sealing.

2Place the food inside the plastic bag. Most machines require using a specific brand of bag.
3Put the open edge of the bag into the sealing machine.
4Press the button, if necessary, to start the vacuum and sealing process. Many vacuum pack food machines have an automatic sensor that alerts the machine when a bag has been placed inside and automatically starts the sealing process.
5Watch as the vacuum pack food machine withdraws the air and the plastic bag shrinks.
