This Small Bottle Carbonated Drink Coca Cola Filling Machinery/Lines has washer,filler,capper three functions in one body, automatic in total process, it is suitable for PET bottled cola ,sprint etc. It makes by high quality SUS304,
key parts are precision machined by NC tool. The total machine uses advanced photoelectric detection technology to detect each part's operation status, no bottle no filling,
and no bottle no capping, automatic and easy operation.

1.Using the wind sent access, with clamp hanging the bottle neck ; which can keep the bottle shape and high-speed.
2.Washing bottle mouth with special designed washing manipulator,clip in the bottle neck, stable and avoid secondary pollution.
3.The cylinder drives the valve, correct and reliable, high speed flow rate, high precision filling valve, CIP loop.
4.Capping adopts French advanced technology, cap sorter install in a lower position, send cap in level position.

The pneumatic heating and mixing ointment filling machine adopts imported machine parts,piston and cylinder which made of stainless steel and polytetrafluroethylene.Excellent qualitied imported components and perfect mechannical design ensure its leading postion among domestic similar machines.New type horizontal design ,legerity and convenient,take out materila automatically and acoid trouble of frequent putting in material of verical hopper.

Switch function between manual and automatic ,when machine is under automatic condition, machine fills continuously automatically with set speed, when machine is under manual condition, operator steps on footplate to realize filling.if stepping on footboard all the time , it will change to automatic contnuous filling condition.Cylinder and three-way part adopt cuff connetion which is easy to remove,it Anti-leaking filling system, during filling ,cylinder moves up and down and drive end ring.When cylinder is downwards,end ring is downwards, then valve is open and start to fill material,when cylinder is upwards end ring is upwards,then valve is close and stop to fill material and avoid leaking and wire drawing .
