Why an Air Cooler? (Also Known as a Swamp Coolers or Spot Coolers)

These free standing Portable Air Coolers (Evaporative Swamp Cooler) work by endothermic reaction (a reaction that consumes heat). They use a fan to draw in hot, dry air through a wetted material. As the hot dry air is pulled through the wetted material, the dry air absorbs moisture through evaporation which absorbs heat and the air is cooled and becomes more humid. The DRYER the input air, the more effective it is. If the air being drawn through the pads is humid (Above 58%) there will be no cooling effect because humid air will not absorb moisture through evaporation because it is already wet.
