2. The working principle
Bottle is conveyed through transporting orbit into the big drum machine via a mechanical arm ,which can grip the bottle and rotate 180 degrees, the bottle down at the same time to enter the following washing station: a first step ,the high-pressure cycle water will wash the outer wall of the bottle, and then insert the first two groups needle into bottle with recycled water, and the third group will spray purified water, the fourth and fifth group will spray injection water; Sixth group will spray compressed air, finally blowing outer wall of the bottle , the mechanical arm will manipulate the bottle up, and launch them out , enter into fine cleaning step, complete the entire cleaning process Devices are equipped with pumps of circulating water pumps, which expand 30 meters' distance, power is 3Kw, its main material is 304 stainless steel materials, water for injection pumps is supposed to own by the demand-side
