The barrel for charging the materials is

♦Working Priciple♦
During runing, as the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation that can speed up the flowing and diffusing actions of materials. It also can avoid gravity segregation or accumulation phenomenon of general mixers caused by centrifugal action. Therefore, this machine has favorable mixing efficiency.

♦Structure♦
1.As the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation, there are more mixing points that bring favorable mixing efficiency. The mixing homogeneity is much higher than that of general mixer, drug homogeneity error is lower than that of general mixer. Meanwhile, the max charging volume of SBH series three dimensional motion mixer is one time higher than that of general mixer (max charging volume of general mixer is 40% of full barrel volume).
2. With unique design of mixing vat, inner wall of vat is fine polished, no dead angle, no pollution, and the materials will be discharged automatically under gravity function without any residual, with advantages of pollution-free, residual-free, and easy to discharge and clean.
3. The materials are mixed under sealed; it would not pollute the environment.

♦Operation Principle♦
1. This machine adopts electromagnetci speed (or inverter for adjusting speed). Before starting the machine, connect the main power, the power indicator light, press motor button, then turn on the on and off switch of control panel (the inverter can press the touch button), indicator light, then gradually adjust the mixing speed.
2. If user want to set the mixing time, you should formulate the content on the contract, and our factory can install the time relay, so that the user can set the mixing time according to the materials.
3. After finish mixing, turn off the machine according to the opposite sequence of turing on machine, if you find the discharging is not ideal, you can press the inching button to achive the requirements.

♦Precautions♦
1. As the machine adopt three-dimensional mixing, user should install protective cage around the machine, so as to avoid accidents. Before start the machine, worker should not stand before the vat so as to make sure personal safety.
2. When assemble and dissassemble the machine, should stop the machine so as to avoid the electric break down, and cause accidents.
3. During running, if you find abnormal conditions, should stop the machine and check it, you can not start the machine until solve the fault.
4. You should regularly add lubricant and grease lubricant on drive parts once three month.
5. The feedback button and speed regulating button of operation panel should not be randomly changed, they have already been adjusted.

Homogenization requires the ingredients to be processed until of a uniform globule or particle size. For most products, including creams, ointments, sauces, flavoring emulsions and pharmaceutical suspensions, this requires a globule or droplet size in the range of 2 -- 5 microns.

This can be achieved using a Silverson Mixer Homogenizer. The precision machined Silverson workhead generates exceptionally high shear rates in a three stage mixing/homogenizing process; The high speed rotor draws materials into the workhead where they are intensely mixed. Centrifugal force then drives the materials to the periphery of the workhead and subjects them to mechanical shear in the precision gap between the rotor and stator. This is followed by intense hydraulic shear, as the product is forced through the stator screen at high velocity and circulated back into the mix. Fresh material is continually drawn into the workhead, progressively reducing globule or particle size and quickly resulting in a homogeneous, uniform product.

By the strong force of high speed of homogenizer (emulsifier),
the materials will go through the narrow space of the emulsifying head,it forms a powerful circulation in the vessel.In the middle part, the center blades and outer low speed anchor rotates in opposite direction. It performs great shearing, impact, and dispersion in the vessel. It will help to blend, mixer, emulsify, and homogenize the product in the vessel, and increase the stability, smoothness and luster of cream products. The emulsifying (mixing) head is exchangeable for your various products.

The special design of high speed emulsifying head and low speed agitator & blades can achieve high efficiency of mixing & homogenizing, and the teflon scrapers of the agitator can scrape off the materials which sticked to the inner wall of vessel, and make the complete mixing at same time without corner. The teflon scraper is fixed at the outer mixing frame which will change their position by always touching the inner wall when rotating. Those scrapers can help the heat-exchange during mixing and also reduce the time of production.

Features of cream making equipment fully automatic：

Mixing oil and water phases materials in high speed to get perfect emulsion product of good quality.

Machine consists of vacuum-resistant vessel with jacket for heating and cooling. Equipped with high speed homogenizer, scraping agitator, vacuum pump, and hydraulic pump for lifting, heating & cooling system.
3.
With vacuum pump to take the air bubbles out of mixed product, and extend the time of storage.
4.
The mixing shaft and emulsifying head is exchangeable, you can use the proper mixing head according to your products. There are some types for your products.
A. High viscosity type B. Low viscosity type
C. High shearing type D. Disperser type

Scraping unit is with moveable teflon scrapers to scrape off the materials on the tank wall and the anchor to move the materials to the center area to get better blending and mixing. The teflon scrapers are maintained manually and easily without any tool.

Our machines have safety devices, such us vacuum safety valve, jacket safety valve, over-loaded protection of motors, etc.
7.
emulsifying equipment equipped with heating & cooling system which simplifies the processing. Within this same equipment, you can do from heating-melting-emulsifying-air bubble reduction(by vacuum)-cooling without changing vessels, it saves lot of labor and time for your production.

All contacted parts of equipments are SUS#316,the product homogenized in vacuum and close vessel can be sanitary and high quality. The specification of machine accord with the CGMP standard (CIP/SIP).

The measuring of raw materials, the recording of temperature for heating, melting, emulsifying, cooling, and the change of mixing speed, and the vacuum suction can be controlled automatically (PLC control).
