Unscramble" is an indispensable component in the modern packaging machinery.Unscrambler function is to messy pile on the feed box (or bag) plastic bottles within the sort, so that the containers can be arranged in the right order and direction in transport machine, then sent to other devices, complete the next procedure (such as washing, filling, etc.). The system of our unscrambler is a compact, flexible and automated mechanical. It can adapt to different sizes of filling the container, the product can transport random, messy order filling container in order.

Detail:
1. The machine is controlled by the programmable controller (PLC), and connect with the filler machine to achieve intelligent control together. electric control system can complete real-time monitoring and feedback by the different parts of the sensors, to determine the speed of bottle unscrambler and match the filling speed closely.
2. The machine can be suitable for a variety of bottle sizes: only adjust some parts according to the bottle size, the speed of unscrambler is stable without staff monitoring
3. With automatic tracking function. When lack of bottles in the cylinder, the bottle feeder machine will convey the bottles automaticly. when there're enough bottlesin the cylinder, the bottle feeder machine will stop conveying bottles.
4. Pneumatic system has pressure switch and gate valve. when compressed air is not connected or air pressure is below the set point, the machine won't start. The gate valve and machine will stop together to save gas consumption
5. The inside of bottle Unscrambler machine is equipped with flannelette, in order to prevent scratch the surface of empty bottle, and ensure the product character
