1. Choose one Bottle of red wine whose Quality is no Matter. Several pcs of Onion whose color should be deep black; Spoon of Honey; A big jar that easy to airless seal;
2. Cut the Onions into Slices piece by Pieces then put them into the jars; Flat the jar filled with the slices of onion slightly so that surface will become level;
3.Pour the red wine into the onions-held jars,the volume of red wine should be slightly over the level of onion,better add another small amout of red wine again;
4.Add one or two spoon of honey inside the jars;
5.Key step: Seal the jars tightly without letting any air in! store it in the Refrigator. Keep the jars there for 10-14days . Then take out the jar,open it then you will see a thin surface of ice floating! Let the ice Melt,and find another Clear Red wine bottle(The former one to take the red wine can be used); Find a mesh,then put the mesh on the bottle mouth,pour the red wine in the jar inside the empty bottle(Never let the Onions residue into the bottles and this is the reason to find a Mesh for filter).
