♦Working Priciple♦
During runing, as the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation that can speed up the flowing and diffusing actions of materials. It also can avoid gravity segregation or accumulation phenomenon of general mixers caused by centrifugal action. Therefore, this machine has favorable mixing efficiency.
♦Structure♦
1.As the mixing vat is able to make multidirectional operation, there are more mixing points that bring favorable mixing efficiency. The mixing homogeneity is much higher than that of general mixer, drug homogeneity error is lower than that of general mixer. Meanwhile, the max charging volume of SBH series three dimensional motion mixer is one time higher than that of general mixer (max charging volume of general mixer is 40% of full barrel volume).
2. With unique design of mixing vat, inner wall of vat is fine polished, no dead angle, no pollution, and the materials will be discharged automatically under gravity function without any residual, with advantages of pollution-free, residual-free, and easy to discharge and clean.
3. The materials are mixed under sealed; it would not pollute the environment.
♦Operation Principle♦
1. This machine adopts electromagnetci speed (or inverter for adjusting speed). Before starting the machine, connect the main power, the power indicator light, press motor button, then turn on the on and off switch of control panel (the inverter can press the touch button), indicator light, then gradually adjust the mixing speed.
2. If user want to set the mixing time, you should formulate the content on the contract, and our factory can install the time relay, so that the user can set the mixing time according to the materials.
3. After finish mixing, turn off the machine according to the opposite sequence of turing on machine, if you find the discharging is not ideal, you can press the inching button to achive the requirements.
♦Precautions♦
1. As the machine adopt three-dimensional mixing, user should install protective cage around the machine, so as to avoid accidents. Before start the machine, worker should not stand before the vat so as to make sure personal safety.
2. When assemble and dissassemble the machine, should stop the machine so as to avoid the electric break down, and cause accidents.
3. During running, if you find abnormal conditions, should stop the machine and check it, you can not start the machine until solve the fault.
4. You should regularly add lubricant and grease lubricant on drive parts once three month.
5. The feedback button and speed regulating button of operation panel should not be randomly changed, they have already been adjusted.
