Semi-automatic cream paste filling machine are designed to dispense medium-thickness to high-thickness products with small or medium filling volume, especially suitable for high viscosity products, such as cream, mascara, lip color, butter etc., and can be widely used in cosmetic, food and other industries.

This pure pneumatic machine is completely powered by air, which makes them especially suitable for an explosion-resistant or moist production environment. All the components that come in contact with product are made of food grade stainless steel imported, processed by CNC machines, and the surface roughness of which are ensured to be lower than 0.8.
To meet the demands of our different customers, we have developed two series: King Series (K Series) and Queen Series (Q Series).
K Series: The pneumatic components are from FESTO, Germany. It is these high quality components that help our machines achieve market leadership when compared with other domestic machines of the same type.
Q Series: Our Q Series has pneumatic components from Taiwan or ShangHai, which offer quality at an affordable price, making our YX-L500 series machine more accessible.
